A fictional report workflow
Open a fictional discharge summary PDF, choose the medical profile, run local detection, inspect replacements side by side, then export and reopen the file. Check page images, headers, tables and the filename before sharing through your organization’s approved channel.
What a reviewer must check
Names and identifiers can appear in selectable text, page images, stamps, headers, footers and multi-column layouts. Check dates and IDs needed for the clinical purpose, and always inspect the exported file.
Limits and requirements
AI, OCR and face detection can miss details. AInonymizer does not guarantee anonymization. Human review and your organization’s review, sharing and compliance rules remain necessary. Requires Apple Silicon, macOS 15 or later and at least 24 GB RAM. Model download is separate. Currently in beta.
