AInonymizer helps find and replace identifying information in medical reports and general documents. Processing stays local on your Apple Silicon Mac, with side-by-side review before export.
How it works
- Open a supported document and choose a medical or general profile.
- Run local detection and replacement, including on-device OCR for supported scanned PDFs and document images.
- Inspect replacements side by side.
- Export and check the final file before sharing.
Requires macOS 15 or later, at least 24 GB RAM, and a separate internet download of the AI model. OCR and face detection have limits. AInonymizer does not guarantee anonymization; human review and your organization’s rules remain necessary. Currently in beta.
